Our Process
Consultation
Prior to design, we will meet with you to discuss your project, review materials, and determine your budget. This way there are no surprises, change orders are reduced or eliminated, ensuring you get the best signage value on your investment.

Site Surveys
Before any project, a comprehensive site survey is completed to confirm location and existing conditions, evaluate any potential issues, and capture all necessary information required for permitting and sign design.

Sign Code Review
The next step is to determine if there are any restrictions in place by the city, town or even property developer with regards to your signs. We gather all of the information, review the codes and ordinances and, if necessary, apply for variances to those ordinances to ensure your signage is effective and compliant.
Design
Based on all of the information gathered, our design team gets to work putting together brand books and drawings of your signs to provide a visual of your finished project.

Engineering
In some cases, for permits, sign designs are required to be approved by a license structural engineer. If that is the case for your project, we will have one of our engineer partners review the plans and ensure that they meet wind load and other factors specific to the location.
Permitting
Once the design is approved, our team of project managers gets to work submitting permit applications with all required municipalities, landlords and/ or developers. If necessary, we can handle any variance process that may be required to get you the signage you need.

Fabrication
We can manufacture any type of sign. From a small cabinet, to LED or neon lit channel letters, and even 100' + tall pylon signs with flex faces. No sign project is too large or too detailed for our expert sign builders.
Installation
When it comes time to install your sign, you can rest assured that our project managers will handle all the details. Our seasoned technicians around the country have the capabilities to install even the most complex of sign projects.

Service and Maintenance
Once installation is complete and any punch list items have been addressed, our service doesn't end there. We offer service and repairs, as well as maintenance contracts to keep your signs shining bright.
